Brookline.News is excited to welcome two new staff members to our growing team.
Michael Manning came on board this week as chief of staff. He will be deeply involved in our operations, development and marketing efforts to grow the reach of Brookline.News and sustain our ability to deliver local news, train a new generation of journalists, and identify potential collaborations with others in the growing New England nonprofit news ecosystem.
Vivi Smilgius will join Brookline.News next week as a part-time reporter, expanding our newsroom to add depth to the stories we write and cover more people, places, events and ideas in Brookline.
