This is infuriating, especially after just hitting the taxpayers with an override that was meant to address this very issue. If there was a slight disparity between projections and actuals that would be one thing, but this seems negligent. Add this to the vast list of issues that has led to high-ranking officials within the school department stepping down, there is a lot of explaining that needs to be done.
