This program is hard to understand. And raises more questions than it answers. What is a “reflective practice program”? How much is being spent on actual teaching and how much is being spent on professional development? What is the cost per pupil being educated? What is the town contributing toward this? And would the money be better used elsewhere: for example, closing the school budget gap?
